THE CHALLENGE
SP GROUP was looking for a rebrand for the relaunch of their SP Utilities mobile app. They wanted to maximise brand awareness to their intended target audience and expand their services to potential new customers.
With their target audience profiles in mind, they wanted to explore different creatives to create a digital campaign that resonated with these customers helping them shed the "boring" government body stereotype and repositioning themselves as a compassionate company that only wants to make life easier.





















THE SOLUTION
I identified 3 audience groups to concentrate on aiming these creatives at; Time-savers, Energy-savers and Decision-makers. Creating a profile for each, I developed 3 sets of creatives targeting these audiences making sure to give a fresh spin on the "dry" topic of managing ones utilities.
